Arming the British Home Guard discussion

Churchill discusses the idea of giving the Home Guard weapons.

INFORMATION:

During WWII, whilst the regularly British army were out fighting, men who had to stay at home still did their bit by signing up to be in the ‘Home Guard’ and would defend Britain from home. The problem was the Home Guard needed weapons, but so did the army!
